• - Most major credit cards accepted on approval.
• - UPS C.O.D. on approval
• - International & Special Orders Must be prepaid, international orders by bank transfer only.

• - All returns must be pre-approved.
• - SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.  ALL SALES FINAL.
  
• - 15% Restocking fees on returns with invoice, 25% without invoice.
• - 30 day return time limit  After 30 days ALL SALES FINAL.

• - No return policies on Manuals or Electrical items.
• - Damaged goods / lost freight - all claims must be taken up with shipper.
• - Refused orders will not be reshipped, freight charges will be applied to the next order.

• - Prices subject to change without notice.
• - Not responsible for typographical errors.
• - Quantities may be limited on some items.

• - All parts are for racing applications or offroad use. Not for vehicles operated on public highways.
• - Parts sold by Wakula Racing  are intended for racing and high performance engines and, as such, come with no warranty or guarantee.
• - All items described herein are intended for off highway / competition use only! Wakula Racing / WakulaRacing.Com can not liable for damage, injury, or death resulting from
