 | Be sure to have "cookies" enabled
on your computer. This is how the shopping cart tracks your order,
and keeps track of your shopping during your visit. We do not
collect any personal information from you, only track what you have
ordered.
Also, if the security settings on your browser is set to maximum or high,
you also may experience some difficulty with your order.

 | The "Log in" area on the checkout
page is for returning customers. If you are a first time customer,
skip this process, and continue with the order form. You will be
prompted to choose your own personal username and password for
future visits. If you choose not to enter a user name and password,
one will be automatically generated and emailed to you on you confirmation
email. You may change this on your next visit.

 | "Log In" ether
retrieves your saved shopping cart order, and allows you to pick up where
you left off, or, upon checkout on your current order, will automatically
fill in your billing and shipping address (but not your payment info) and
allows you to finish the process faster.

 | Lost your password?
Just enter your email address (the one you used on your last order) and
your password will be emailed to you.

 | When all else fails,
call in your order to 714-496-9828 (it's on the left hand side of
every nearly every page - see it?) Or, print write down or print out
your order, include shipping , billing, phone number, email and payment
info, and fax it to 714-530-2168. |
