| DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Please notify the carrier
immediately if your package arrives visually damaged.

Most packages are insured,
and consequently, a claim cannot be filed unless the carrier is notified by
the recipient. Notify Wakula Racing as soon as possible.
Be sure to include your name, telephone number, and email address.
